This Privacy Policy explains how Dealviora AI: Design & Shop (“we”, “us”, or “our”)
collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Dealviora AI: Design & Shop mobile
application and related services (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do
not use the App.
1. Who we are
Dealviora AI: Design & Shop is an AI-assisted home décor app that helps you redesign rooms from
photos, browse product suggestions, manage credits/subscriptions, and save designs.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and identity
- Name and email address when you register or sign in with email/password or Google.
- User IDs such as your Dealviora AI: Design & Shop account ID and, if applicable, Firebase / Google account identifiers.
- Device ID (a locally generated identifier) used for guest sessions and fraud/abuse prevention.
- Authentication data such as password hashes (for email accounts) and session/refresh tokens.
2.2 Photos and design content
- Room photos and optional reference images you upload.
- AI-generated redesign images and related job metadata (style, goal, budget preferences, room dimensions, notes/suggestions you enter).
- Favorites and design history associated with your account.
2.3 Location

With your permission, we may access approximate/precise location to determine your
country (and optionally a city/region label) so we can show subscription pricing in
a relevant currency. You can deny permission; the App then falls back to a default
(India / INR).
- We do not use location to track your continuous movements.
2.4 Purchases and credits
- Subscription and in-app purchase history needed to verify entitlements (for example product IDs, purchase tokens, plan status, and renewal dates).
- Credit balances, ad-reward credit grants, and related usage limits.
- Payment card details are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store — we do not collect your full payment card numbers.
2.5 Ads and device identifiers
- When you watch rewarded ads, advertising identifiers and ad interaction events may be processed by Google AdMob and advertising partners to deliver and measure ads and grant credits.
2.6 Technical and usage data
- Basic app and request information such as device/platform, IP address (via hosting/network logs), API request metadata, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- App functionality — create accounts, run AI redesigns, store and show your designs, sync favorites, manage credits.
- Account management — authenticate you, reset passwords via email OTP, keep your profile.
- Subscriptions — verify purchases, unlock Pro features, show plan status.
- Localization — show relevant currency/pricing using country derived from location (when permitted).
- Advertising — show rewarded ads and validate ad completion for free credits.
- Security and abuse prevention — protect accounts, prevent repeated free-credit abuse after deletion (using irreversible identity fingerprints), and keep the service reliable.
- Customer support and legal compliance — respond to requests and meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Room images and related prompts/settings you submit are processed by our servers and
by AI providers (currently OpenAI) to analyze rooms and generate redesign images.
Generated results may be stored so you can view them later in the App.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the App:
- Google Firebase / Google Sign-In — authentication.
- Google AdMob — rewarded ads and related measurement.
- Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase — subscription and pack purchases.
- OpenAI — AI room analysis and image generation.
- Cloud storage (Cloudflare R2 / compatible object storage) — storing uploaded and generated images.
- Hosting / database providers — running our API and storing account and design records.
- Email delivery providers — sending verification and password-reset OTPs.
These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their
own policies where applicable (for example Google’s ads and sign-in services).
6. Data retention
- Account, design, favorites, purchase entitlement, and credit records are kept while your account is active.
- Uploaded and generated images are retained so you can access design history, then deleted when no longer needed or when you delete them / your account.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal account data and
associated designs/images from our systems, subject to short-term backups and legal
retention needs. We may keep irreversible hashed identity fingerprints so the same
identity cannot repeatedly claim new-user free credits after deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
- In-app controls — delete individual designs, manage favorites, and sign out.
- Location permission — deny or revoke in system settings; pricing falls back to default.
- Account deletion — delete from Profile in the App, or use our web deletion page for email/password accounts.

8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your
country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps
to delete it.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS where
configured), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or
storage is 100% secure.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed on servers in countries other than your own
(including where our cloud, AI, ads, and authentication providers operate). We take
steps designed to protect your information in line with this Policy.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the
top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept
the updated Policy.
